Cervical Cancer Awareness

"Prevention is not just about avoiding the battle; it's about arming yourself to win the fight."

       

Cervical cancer is a serious health issue that affects a number of  women worldwide. In India, cervical cancer contributes to approximately 6–29% of all cancers in women. As a result, it is essential to highlight the importance of awareness, prevention, and support for those impacted by it.

 In the month of August 2023, the Kulachi Interact Club organized an Informative Session for the parents of the ‘girl child’ of classes VII-X to raise awareness about a pressing issue of Cancer among Females, under the guidance of Madam Principal Ms. Sneh Verma and Incharge Ms. Yashu Kumar. The guests of honor-esteemed members of the Rotary Club of Delhi Garden City graced the occasion and Dr. Jyoti Bali gave a short lecture to throw further light on the issue. 

 


Furthermore, Interactors also took the initiative of spreading awareness amongst parents about the serious issue by distributing pamphlets and motivating them to register their children for the vaccination.

INTERACT INSTALLATION CEREMONY 2022-23 A heartwarming ceremony to mark the installation of the Kulachi Rotary Interact Club 2022-23 took place on the bright morning of August 4th '22  under the guidance of our esteemed Madam Principal Ms. Sneh Verma incharge Ms. Manju Kapoor and club coordinators Ms. Ritu Salil and Ms. Aditi Sharma along with our respected guests: President Ms. Rajini Sood, Vice President Mr. JK Jain, Rotarian Rajeev Taneja and  Rotarian Vivek Kataria.  We started the occasion with the Lighting of the Lamp followed by Gayatri Mantra which was melodiously presented by our Interactor Shambhavi Mathur . The Interactors Ratul S. Kumar along with Himish Goel who   gave us a great Jugal Bandi of Tabla and Mridungam this was followed by, a divine Bharatnatyam performance.  Our Madam Principal greeted the guests with an enthusiastic speech . District Interact Leadership Assembly 2023

District Interact Leadership Assembly 2023   District Interact Leadership Assembly (DILA 3011) is an esteemed gathering that unites youthful leaders from diverse schools to partake in meaningful dialogues, cooperate on community service initiatives, and nurture their leadership abilities.  This year, DILA was organized at Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park in a new format of Model United Nations (MUN) where participants represented different countries and brainstormed over the seven focus areas of Rotary.  The occasion was graced by District 3011 Governor Rotarian Jeetender Gupta , first lady Dr. Deepti Singh Gupta , amongst many other notable Rotarians. More than 600 students from 65 schools attended the assembly. Interactors from the Kulachi Interact Club had the great opportunity to indulge in discussions on a range of subjects including 7 focus areas that took place in 8 halls simultaneously for 3 hours each.
